The DM Loop is a bundle of two products, OpenLoop and CloseLoop, both made by CloseLoopDM LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA.
2. This website
This site describes The DM Loop and how to start a free trial. It is for information only. We work to keep it accurate, but features, plans and prices can change, and the details confirmed with you when you sign up are the ones that apply.
3. Plans, trials and cancelling
- Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial, set up with you by the founder.
- Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any month.
- AI usage fees are billed separately, at cost.

When you use the products in the bundle, their own terms apply, including your responsibilities for your Instagram account and the messages sent from it:
